What we deliver
We design and deliver custom test benches for cells, modules, battery packs and BMS systems. Our solutions cover all relevant test types — from EOL (End-of-Line) through HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) to DV/PV validation and characterisation. Depending on requirements, we build test benches as fully automated industrial systems or flexible manual test setups.
Services
Concept and planning
We develop test-bench solutions from the ground up, tailored to your technical, process and regulatory requirements. This includes requirement specifications, architecture design, interface concepts and the definition of the entire test strategy. The goal is a scalable, robust and future-proof system architecture.
Hardware build
We handle the complete mechanical and electrical build of the test-bench infrastructure. This includes:
- Construction of test-station structures
- High-quality, standards-compliant wiring (signal, power, data)
- Integration of safety concepts (emergency stop, interlocks, protection systems)
- EMC-compliant design and industrial robustness
The result is operationally safe systems for continuous operation.
Software development (test executive)
We develop powerful test software to control, automate and evaluate your test processes. The software handles:
- Fully automated test sequences (sequencing, control, logging)
- Control of measurement devices, loads and BMS components
- Real-time data acquisition and monitoring
- Interfaces to databases and MES/cloud systems
- Reproducible test cycles for series and validation testing

Commissioning (IQ/OQ/PQ) and training
We support the complete commissioning of your system through to productive use. We carry out:
- IQ (Installation Qualification): verification of correct installation of all components
- OQ (Operational Qualification): functional tests under defined operating conditions
- PQ (Performance Qualification): validation of performance in real-world use
In addition, we provide comprehensive training for your team in operation, maintenance and fault analysis to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Input and Output
Input
For project implementation we need:
- Technical test specification
- Test units (cells, modules, packs or BMS)
- Requirements for quantity, cycle time and degree of automation
- Boundary conditions such as standards, interfaces and environmental conditions
The input can come either from the customer or from Package S1, which is combined with Package S2. Our team takes care of all the topics listed above.
Output
In the end you receive a fully validated system:
- Handover-ready test bench incl. documentation
- Acceptance per IQ/OQ/PQ standards
- MSA (measurement system analysis) to ensure measurement quality
- Training materials and training for your team
- Data structure for clean test-data processing and analysis
